Made to Order, Zero Waste: Why We Don't Mass-Produce Our Leggings

Most activewear brands guess. They forecast demand, manufacture thousands of units in every size and colorway, and hope enough of it sells before it's discounted, warehoused, or thrown away. We don't do that.

Every piece in our collection is made to order — production begins only after you place your order, typically taking 2-5 business days before it ships. Nothing is pre-made and sitting in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Nothing gets produced in a size or colorway nobody wants.

The trade-off is honest: made-to-order takes a little longer than buying something already sitting on a shelf. What you get in exchange is a garment produced specifically for you, with none of the overproduction that fills landfills across the activewear industry. Our long-sleeve crop tops also use recycled polyester, and EU orders ship from within the EU, which means no customs fees and a shorter shipping distance.

It also means sizing matters more than usual. Because each piece is cut and printed specifically for your order, we ask you to check the size guide on every product page carefully before ordering — we're not able to offer exchanges for an incorrect size selection, precisely because nothing exists in inventory to swap it for. It's a small ask in exchange for a system that doesn't waste fabric, dye, or shipping space on garments no one will ever wear.
