Refund Policy

At CATCH THE NATURE, every item is made to order specifically for you — which means we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecatchofnature@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.

Product Condition & Return Window: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report the issue and start a return.

Return Method: By mail. Once your claim is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label — included in the package at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: None. There is no cost to you for a defective, damaged, or misprinted item return.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Sizing
Please check our Size Chart on each product page carefully before ordering, since we're unable to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
