What makes your prints different?
Every print starts as a real, photographed flower or animal pattern — not an illustration. We photograph the actual specimen and carry that exact pattern onto fabric, so what you're wearing is as close to the real thing as printed cloth allows. Nature took millions of years to create these patterns. We take a few days to make one yours.
What are your pieces made of?
Our leggings and crop tops are made from four-way stretch polyester-elastane blends (specific composition varies by product — check each product page for exact details), designed for both activewear and everyday wear.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. Please check it carefully before ordering. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Wrong size anyway? See our Fit Promise below.
Do your leggings run true to size?
Our four-way stretch fabric is designed to move with you, but sizing can vary slightly between styles. Always check the specific size chart on the product page before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to customers all over the world, completely free, on every product. EU orders ship from within the EU with no customs fees or import duties at delivery. For customers outside the EU, local import duties may apply depending on your country.
Why does delivery take longer than other shops?
Because your piece doesn't exist yet when you order it. We don't keep a warehouse full of stock. Each legging and crop top is printed, cut and sewn only after you order — no overproduction, no piles of unsold clothes. Just yours.
How long does production and shipping take?
Total time from order to delivery, including production, is usually 6–11 business days within the EU (including the Netherlands, Germany and Austria), and longer for other regions — see our Shipping Policy for full details. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also reach out to us directly with your order number for an update.
Returns, Exchanges & Quality Issues
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at thecatchofnature@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back unworn within 14 days. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What is the Fit Promise?
Wrong size? You don't have to send it back. Keep it as a gift for someone you love, and get 50% off the same design in the size that fits you.
Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of you wearing the piece. Seeing how it fits helps us recommend your perfect size for the next one. We use your photo only to help you with sizing, never share or post it, and delete it once your new order is placed.
One Fit Promise per customer. It's a voluntary extra and does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecatchofnature@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. There's no need to send the item back — once your claim is approved, we'll arrange a free reshipment or a full refund, processed within 10 days.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all our products come with a 2-year EU warranty covering manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer protection standards.
Care Instructions
How do I wash my leggings/crop top?
Machine wash cold with like colors, and avoid high heat when drying to protect the print and fabric elasticity. Avoid contact with rough surfaces, which can pull fibers and damage the fabric over time.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify.
Do you store my card details?
No. Your payment is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security standard for card payments. We never see or keep your full card number.
Your card is charged once for your order, and that's it — no subscription and nothing saved for future charges. The only exception is if you choose to save your details with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay; in that case they are stored securely by that provider, not by us, and only if you opt in.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since each item is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we can only make changes before production begins. This does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.
