EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order: email thecatchofnature@gmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal button in your account or order confirmation. A clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough.

Sign in to your account to submit a return or cancellation request

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to:

You pay the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait to refund until the item has arrived or you’ve sent proof that you’ve shipped it.

Please only try the item on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value.
